Field trips are fun, but not all students can attend our campus in person. I also specialize in teaching online and remotely using live meeting apps to help students with their software proficiency and to avoid user accessibility design pitfalls such as low contrast as you will see in this clip.

Teaching from experience as a business owner, I am able to lead students through discussions and exercises that will build their business acumen. I'm also equipped to answer questions they may have about the business aspect of their first freelance projects such as project scope, contract agreements, and fair rates.

Jackson Creative Crew, LLC is the studio that was created to work mainly for Erik Jackson while taking on a limited amount of outside clients. 

However, like any other introverted designer, most of my work is done from the home office set up.

Honestly, that is one of the things I appreciate most about my role at Full Sail University, is that it gets me to come out of my design cave and give back what I have discovered in there! I also learn SO much from the students! It is truly a synergistic exchange of creativity that is motivating and invigorating. I am grateful for the opportunity to share in this way with future designers.
